Kylie has been a member of the Ray White Gladesville team for more than 10 years, undertaking a variety of roles during this time. She brings a strong Property Management knowledge base and experience with her into her current role.

Kylie's primary role is overseeing the property management accounts. An often unrecognised part of the property management process, it is in fact the smooth functioning of the accounts department that ensures our owners receive their rent.

Kylie has always made it her top priority to ensure that our clients receive their monthly rental income on time and in order.

Kylie also takes care of the prompt payment of property management accounts ie levies, rates, maintenance, also assisting tenants in the transition to B-Pay and internet banking.
Kylie's continuous support to our PM team is invaluable. Her efficiency and dedication ensure our Property Managers have the time to take care of other important matters such as reducing vacancy periods and maintenance.

Kylie has lived in the Gladesville area for 17 years and is a devoted mother and wife. She handles her workload through being a quiet achiever and conscientious team player.
